Dosage/Ingestion:

Take 1 to 2 times daily, swallowing with plain water before breakfast or at bedtime.
For ages 4 to 6: 2 to 4 tablets each time; for ages 7 to 12: 3 to 6 tablets each time; for ages 13 and older: 5 to 12 tablets each time.
The above is the recommended dosage. When taking for the first time, start with the lowest amount and then adjust according to individual bowel conditions.
