If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please stop using the Online Store and do not apply for a User Account.

   The Online Store is operated by SUNYEE under the name of Sun Yee Mart (referred to as "Sun Yee Mart", "the Company", or "we"). We will use the personal data collected from you in accordance with this privacy policy.

   We collect personal data from you in the following ways: directly from you, through our affiliates (the "Wan Lian Interactive Group"), or automatically when you access or use the Online Store.    The Online Store is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please do not use the Online Store or apply for a User Account.

• Transaction records or payment details when you purchase any products (including purchased products or services, purchase date, delivery date, any refunds or exchanges, delivery address, payment method, cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, and billing information);
• Your shopping habits/preferences, including brand preferences and types of products or services you may be interested in purchasing.

b. When You Access the Online Store as a Member or Visitor
We may automatically collect the following information through tracking technologies (including but not limited to cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and other similar technologies):

• Details about your visits to the Online Store, such as browsing history, time spent on the site, and frequency of visits;

• Establishing and updating your account;
• Verifying your identity;
• Creating a unified personal data profile by integrating your data with other personal data already held by us or any member of the Wan Lian Interactive Group;
• Providing you with login credentials to use the Online Store;
• Maintaining, updating, managing, and processing your activity records on the Online Store (including your purchase or order records);
• Completing transactions, including processing or assisting with payments;
• Sending you information about new features and promotions related to the Online Store;
• Enabling personalization features on the Online Store, such as saving your favorite products or brands.

To personalize your experience, we may also engage advertising service providers (such as social media platforms) for marketing purposes, which may involve sharing your anonymized personal data with these providers.

e. Optimization and Improvement
We may use various methods, such as analytical tools, research, surveys, and feedback forms, to understand and improve the Online Store or the operations of us or any member of the Wan Lian Interactive Group. This will help us and the group improve the quality of services or products, develop new features and advantages, and assess and change business, marketing, or operational strategies and plans.

f. Legal and Administrative Purposes
We may use your personal data to investigate or handle any incidents, claims, or disputes, or to comply with legal requirements or requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, courts, or other government agencies. 7. Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

a. Wan Lian Interactive Limited Affiliates
Your personal data may be transferred to any member or affiliate of Wan Lian Interactive Limited for any of the purposes listed above.

b. Service Providers
Your personal data may be shared with service providers (including agents and contractors) of us or any member of the Wan Lian Interactive Group, who will process your personal data on our behalf, manage and operate the Online Store, fulfill, manage, and process your orders, conduct data analysis, send direct marketing materials, assist in aggregating and anonymizing personal data, or perform any of the above purposes. These service providers may include IT suppliers, backend and frontend or ancillary service providers, marketing agencies, advertising technology providers, data management and analysis providers, and customer contact services. Our service providers may contact you on our behalf or on behalf of any member of the Wan Lian Interactive Group to fulfill any of the above purposes. We only select reliable service providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations to us and/or the members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group and may only use your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

c. Professional Advisors and Assigns
If necessary, we may share your personal data with our professional advisors (including lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and insurance companies). Your personal data may also be shared with third parties in any mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, restructuring, asset sales, financing, or similar situations involving the transfer of some or all of our business assets.

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong").    We and the members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group or other third parties may use aggregated or anonymized data that does not contain any personally identifiable information for various purposes, including but not limited to better understanding customer needs, improving and adjusting operations, products, and services, or conducting market benchmarking, machine learning, behavioral analysis, targeted marketing, and research or analysis.

9. Direct Marketing
   If you choose to receive our promotional and marketing information, we may use your personal data to:

• Send you marketing materials related to the latest information, events, updates, competitions, promotions, offers, products, and services provided by us or members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group, which may include retail, clothing, accessories, cosmetics, beauty, health and wellness, personal care, medical supplies, baby care, maternity care, insurance, finance, music, sports, food, beverages, travel, banking, electronics, home goods, textiles, telecommunications, office and business supplies, technology, outdoor furniture and accessories, furniture, lighting, home décor, media, e-commerce platforms and service providers, and publications;
• Analyze your preferences, online habits, and transaction records to gather data that allows us to present you with the most suitable information, events, updates, competitions, promotions, offers, products, and services tailored to you through the Online Store, marketing materials, social media, or other communication methods; and

We may send marketing materials or market survey invitations through email, within your User Account, when you access the Online Store, online banner ads, posts, phone calls, text messages, or WhatsApp Messenger. We will only provide marketing materials with your consent. You can choose to opt-out of receiving any marketing communications at any time. Please refer to the section on your rights below.

10. Can Members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group Send You Marketing Materials?
    If you agree to receive marketing materials sent by us, members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group may occasionally send you marketing materials on our behalf as service providers. However, we will not provide your personal data to any member of the Wan Lian Interactive Group to send you marketing materials related to their own products and services without your consent.

If any member of the Wan Lian Interactive Group wants to send you any marketing materials related to their own products and services directly, they must obtain your consent individually. We do not engage in any marketing activities directly conducted by members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group regarding their products or services. If you agree to receive any marketing materials provided by members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group, please carefully read the relevant privacy policies of those members.

11. How We Ensure Your Data is Secure
    We take your personal data security and privacy rights very seriously and implement all reasonable security measures, including both technical and physical measures, to ensure that all your personal data is securely protected against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. All transactions conducted under the terms of this privacy policy are based on secure and encrypted data exchanges between you and us on the Online Store.

12. Retention Period of Your Personal Data
    Unless an extension is required by law, we will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy. b. Opt-Out of Direct Marketing

• Change your User Account settings; or
• Follow the instructions in the marketing communications we provide to unsubscribe from direct marketing materials.

We will cease using your personal data to send you marketing materials upon your request. However, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as information regarding User Account management, and may use non-personally identifiable data collected through cookies and other tracking technologies to display marketing information on the Online Store and app based on your visits.

We are not responsible for any marketing materials sent directly by members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group regarding their products or services. If you wish to opt-out of marketing materials sent by members of the Wan Lian Interactive Group, please contact those members directly to arrange for unsubscription.

14. Tracking Technologies
    Cookies are small text files stored in your browser or device by websites, apps, media, and advertisements.
    In our Online Store, we use cookies and other similar technologies (such as beacons and pixel tags) for various purposes, including verifying users; recording user preferences and settings to enhance user experience upon your return to the Online Store; providing relevant content and advertisements based on your preferences, location, and usage patterns; monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the operation of our Online Store; tracking and assessing the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; and analyzing traffic to our Online Store and that of the Wan Lian Interactive Group.

We do not own or control the privacy practices of those third-party websites and are not responsible for them. We remind you to remain vigilant when leaving our Online Store and to read the privacy policies of those third-party websites to understand how they collect and use your personal data.

16. How We Manage Updates to This Privacy Policy
    We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect new technologies, services, legal requirements, or any other necessary changes. We will notify you of relevant updates according to your preferences, and for significant changes, we will obtain your consent as required by applicable laws.
