Recommended usage:

For maximum iron absorption, take Floradix tablets on an empty stomach. 30 minutes or more before meals or 2 hours after meals.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet 2 times daily. Take 30 minutes before meals.

Children 3-12 years old: 1 tablet daily
