They support the metabolism of sugars and carbohydrates, reduce free radical damage to body cells, maintain healthy skin barrier function, help firm the skin and enhance elasticity, while improving skin brightness.

Each tablet contains:

• Biotin — 25 µg
• Vitamin A — 112.5 µg
• Vitamin C — 25 mg
• Chromium — 20 µg
• Copper — 375 µg
• Zinc — 7.5 mg
• Alpha-lipoic acid — 50 mg
• Cinnamon extract — 100 mg

Other ingredients:

Phenylalanine, soy, sulfites

Recommended dosage:

2 tablets daily, taken with meals, or as directed by a doctor.

Precautions:

• If pregnant or planning to become pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting a doctor (intake of more than 3000 µg of vitamin A may cause birth defects).
• The recommended daily intake of vitamin A is 700 µg for women and 900 µg for men. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
